I suppose we all face the same constraints inside our institutions with varying degree of intensity. It is crazy how most of the work, dialogue and knowledge flows out through the cracks and is wasted locally. Not very efficient or sustainable I would say. And I also hope you realize your sharing of what you have been doing with your students, and the generosity with which you mentor others is something we all value and appreciate. I know it's hard to realize that in our home country, our work goes unrecognized most of the times. But eventually they will also be marveled with such innovative work. And I just one to say one more thing: in one of your presentations online you once said the web is not the electronic version of a book, and thus it is not to be handled as one. and you went on to say how the web enables creativity, innovative practices and above all communication.
